As a side-note and kind of unrelated subject, I was on WLOF-AM in Orlando, FL (early '70's), back before FM got going with anything but elevator music. WLOF was an AM Top-40 station and I remember seeing, reading about or being told that at that time the artist with most single (Album sales) of ANY artist in recorded History (at that time in the 1970's) was Peter Frampton with "Peter Frampton Comes Alive", which was popular at that time, but that just blew me away that that album had sold more copies than any single album by the Beatles, Beachboys, Elvis Presley, Lesley Gore, Brenda Lee, Frank Sinatra ... UNBELIEVABLE, but young people were just buying more records.
Who Knew??? Well let's get back to selecting and enjoying the sounds. Top of page
